We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land. We had the most amazing experience here and it’s mostly thanks to our waiter (I sadly can’t remember his name). He had the most bubbly and positive attitude, not to mention he knew his stuff which we value when we visit a restaurant. He had so many open tables and gave each one personalised service. The food was yummy too and so much choice on the menu! Definitely a must visit in Surfers!
