Matthew, our server, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and fun. He brought out each steak cut and made some perfect recommendations. Off we didn’t like something, he fixed it immediately. We felt like we were his only responsibility. Wagyu was on point as were the elk, lamb and seafood. The house-made gluten free focaccia was so delicious. I’m celiac and the server was so clear and helpful to ensure I had a safe meal but never lacked in taste.
