- DDonnaVIPGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe tradition continues!!🎉🎉Every December Richard and I have our anniversary dinner at Capriccio’s. This year we are a little late but it was well worth the wait. As always the dining room is absolutely gorgeous as it is decorated to the nines. We arrived and were seated in a prime location -right by the fireplace. A phone call earlier in the day assured us that we wound be able to secure two orders of their baccala salad for our appertizers. Richard ordered a bottle of Moet Chandon Imperial Rose and the evening was off to a fine start. As we enjoyed our first course, our waiter began to prepare our entrees tableside. Fettuccine Alfredo and Steak Diane. Both were prepared perfectly and the presentation was show worthy. Richard had the special for the evening-Alaskan cod with mango salsa and black lentils. A piece of cheesecake and coffee finished the meal perfectly. It was an evening of serenity, fantastic food and drink and love. Pure magic🪄.More infoCapriccioPrice: Expensive• Italian• Providence•4.7
- RRhondaNew York City •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went to enjoy dinner before Hamilton. Ambience scored lower because we were the first table by the door, so it was a busy area. I enjoyed the Statler chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. My husband had the Bolognese and our friends had short rib mac & cheese, and the pork chop. I will say that, my friend who had the mac & cheese did indicate that it was on the cool side. They don’t serve traditional bread so check out the focaccia or garlic bread. I had some eating restrictions that night so we will definitely go back so I can enjoy other items. I also was not having a cocktail that night, but they did seem like they could make a mean martini.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Providence•4.6
- KKevinGreater Boston •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAs always, a phenomenal dining experience. The service was exceptional and the food spectacular. The special gnocchi appetizer (with wild hen-of-the-woods mushrooms and roasted Brussel sprouts) was to-die-for; it was that good. The house rigatoni entree 'exploded' with flavor with each bite and the duck was perfect; crispy outside and tender inside. As usual, all the special touches that Gracie's is known for just made the evening special (anniversary dinner).More infoGracie'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Providence•4.9
- IIllyseVIPGreater Boston •39 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAs always, Circe was fabulous. We ate pre show at PPAC, as I’m sure most diners were doing at that time. Food was delicious and came out promptly. They clearly know how to keep it moving even when everyone orders at once on a deadline. I love the atmosphere here and personally prefer the upstairs. Excellent service as well.More infoCirce Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Providence•4.7
