- LLoriSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat food and even better service. We ordered the shrimp and crab cake, tenderloin with gnocchi and short ribs with a creamy tube-like pasta (can’t remember the name). The meat was cooked perfectly and the pasta and gnocchi tasted great. Their pastas are excellent. Our server was attentive and provided us information about the local area.More infowildflourPrice: Very Expensive• Northwest• Leavenworth•4.8
- MMicheleVIPTucson •56 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis is an exceptional restaurant located in a beautiful lodge-setting reminiscent of the Dutton ranch in the series “Yellowstone”. The ambiance and attentiveness from the staff set the mood for what has been one of the best food experiences in the Methow Valley. The menu items from start to finish exceeded all our expectations. The absolutely delicious gem salad and “dancing” bonito flakes in the Brussels sprout salad to the perfectly cooked elk dish which took center stage of all our dishes. It’s a dining experience not to be missed. We’ll be back again.More infoThe Veranda at Casia Lodge and RanchPrice: Very Expensive• American• Twisp•5
- DDanielSeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024The menu is inventive and exciting, and even the classic dishes we tried had little creative twists that would bring us back in a heartbeat. We had the Italian-style wagyu burger and the BCS lamb, which were both excellent. The show-stopper, though, was the lobster ravioli, which was MUCH more lobster than ravioli and featured Korean spices, kimchi spiced greens and kelp oil. We were so impressed with this dish that we had to ask specifically about the ingredients. Sometimes restaurants try to make ordinary food sound extraordinary by using fancy words to describe it, but this menu felt like the opposite. This was an east-meets-west mashup of fascinating ingredients and extraordinary techniques that was presented without fuss or pretension. Some of the prices were on the high side, but for the quality of the food and the inventiveness of its preparation, we found it completely worthwhile.More infoThe Dining Room at Sun Mountain LodgePrice: Expensive• American• Winthrop•4
