Food was so good!!! Great service!! The manager Melanie was very attentive and made sure our night was more than enjoyable! 10 out of 10! Will definitely be back!

They always know how to make the experience special. The little touches, like putting Happy Birthday on our menus. How the server knows what we had last time we were there. Love the birthday rewards also. They have a new immersive cocktail called Choreographed that they make for you table side. First Time Visit/ Birthday Celebration and Post Op Recovery To celebrate my birthday and 3 week post op from having major surgery, my sweet family made a reservation at Cooper’s Hawk last night. We were immediately greeted by a very sweet hostess and seated promptly. A HUGE thank you for accommodating my last minute change from the table to a booth!! Major KUDOS LOVE!! Shortly thereafter, our server Gabriella (hopefully I spelled her name correctly), who is beyond impeccable, guided us through the menu and the pairing options. She was extremely attentive to our wishes and at no time made us feel rushed. For beverages, we went with the flight create your own and fell heavenly in love with Sweet Red!!! For appetizers, we chose the classic tomato bruschetta (YUM), Crispy Brussels Sprouts and my son’s favorite calamari ( w/out chili sauce) - not certain if it was the manager who was bringing our appetizers but WHOLLY MOLLY, I just felt like a queen last night!!! The service was just beautiful!!!! For dinner, my husband and I elected to share the dinner special - surf and turf (AMAZING)!! My son chose a ribeye and I can’t honestly say how he liked it, because it was gone before I started eating my own meal. Growing boy!!! LOL. My daughter elected to get lobster and she was just in heaven. We elected not to grab dessert but Gabriella did bring me some truffles with a candle to celebrate my birthday!!! Much LOVE!!! We had a beautiful evening last night. Once again, I just want to say to the ladies and gentlemen at Cooper’s Hawk, Thank You!

We really enjoyed our meal! The food was absolutely amazing. The only downside was our service was pretty slow. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but by the time our waiter checked on us, we had finished our meal. Not sure if they were understaffed, or if it was just because it was during the holiday season and our waiter was working on a lot of tables with larger parties, so we were understanding, just a little disappointing given the attention to detail in other areas of our meal.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. From the parking lot tenant (Kenny) who made our first experience here incredible, to our waitress (Danica) who answered all of our questions, gave great suggestions and beyond sweet and attentive. The restaurant is gorgeous. The staff was 10/10. The food!! JUST WOW!! This will be a go to when family comes in town for sure!!!! Thank you so much for making our family dinner incredible!
