Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. This is a lovely little Italian Restaurant in Waterton. We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem and had a lovely evening. Our server was outstanding and the food was very good. We will definitely come again.

Had a great experience last night! We shared the beet and burrata salad and it was so flavorful. Highly recommend! Then shared the fennel sausage and burrata pizza, which was perfect. Sienna provided excellent service. Would have tried the flourless cake as the people next to us loved it, but we were stuffed! Thank you!

Absolutely excellent! This restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to make dinner amazing. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana. If you dont stop here, you are truly missing out.
