As we enter into the seasons of short days and chilly weather, we have reimagined our offerings at The Net Shed! We will be hosting our last round of Farmers Feast Friday night dinners, reservations are available at 6pm on Jan. 31st, Feb. 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.Enjoy a hearty meal featuring an appetizer, entree and dessert. One menu, one seating, enjoyed by all. Our menu is different every week, showcasing the seasonal changes and featuring different flavors that highlights the local splendors of the island in a way that will fill you up and feed your soul. Doors will open at 5:30, and dinner will start at a 6:00pm. Price does not include beverages, which can be selected at dinner.     We booked a table for four on Valentine’s and were pleased to see a four course set dinner. We had a choice between two or three items in each category. I chose the duck for my main and it was perfectly prepared. Our friends had the steak offering and were very pleased as well. I recommend this restaurant ✔️

    Wow! Excellent tea, scrumptious sandwiches and desserts and a wonderful ambience. Elizabeth was attentive and extremely professional. High Tea is a must do if you are at the Butchart Gardens.

    This was our second visit to Boom and Batten. This time it was to meet friends for lunch. Previously my husband and I went for dinner, Both visits were great from service to delicious food. The menu is extensive and we were impressed with our food choices. Dinner selections were for my husband, he started with 6 raw oysters on the half shell, Main, Cocoa Bison/Venison I started with kale Cesar salad and Main, Apple Pork Belly. Lunch selections were for my husband Fish Chowder For me Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon (one egg) We were very pleased with everything we ordered and the loved the view of the water/marina. We Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant.
