Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge.     Their bread, their greens and their spinach dip is amazing! I have had their French onion soup and their prime rib sound and didn't care for either. The French onion was too thick and the prime rib was really fatty. I really want this place to do well. My friends salmon was great. It has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. Their wait staff needs a little more experience. My friend ordered a cabernet and they brought her a rose, then a white and finally a cabernet. The waitress was very nice, just a little inexperienced. Their chicken and kale salad with peanut Thai dressing is wonderful. I think they just need to iron out a few things and they will do well. Their sourdough bread is also to die for! We will keep coming back.

    The nicest wait staff that I have encountered in a long while, and then one of the best meals I have had a while as well! Everyone should try this local restaurant! The owner came by the table to ask how our food was and to thank us for coming in.

    Our experience at Claraboya was superb. The greeting at entry and by the wait staff was friendly and genuine. Drinks and food was delivered in a timely manner and all were extremely good. From the first bite, we both agreed...."we are coming back here!"
