Havana has been committed to serving local and organic meats, produce and seafood since it opened 25 years ago. All of our meats are “naturally raised” meaning no steroids, antibiotics or hormones and “humanely raised” meaning room to roam, proper shelter and gentle handling. We make every effort to buy only sustainably harvested seafood, primarily from the Gulf of Maine. A true star on the Maine coast. Star level service - a menu with wonderfully atypical & eclectic offerings you don't see at other modern cuisine restaurants. This is not your typical fancy resort restaurant - but instead a passion of its owners, Owen & Lizzie. If you're in the Blue Hill area, don't miss it.

It took a month to get in and it was worth it. I had frequented the pond house when I was young (35 yrs ago) and I had been wanting to get back. It was as good as I remember. Staff got us in earlier than our reservation time, waitstaff were friendly and welcoming and the popovers and jam are the best I’ve had! Definitely worth the visit/experience.
