Restaurants near Sandburg Park

Mambo Italiano is my favorite restaurant in the area. Food is always good and the service is great. My only disappointment was that I indicated we were there for a birthday celebration on Opentable and there was no acknowledgement of the special day. Otherwise it was a lovely dinner.

We always enjoy Perry's... so we decided to try it for Thanksgiving and they had a Thanksgiving offer... My husband chose the Thanksgiving special and although he said it was fine.. He was disappointed in the taste and the quantity of the food for the price.. He said definitely when he wants a steak he would go to Perrys.. This was a less than stellar choice for Turkey.

We had a very nice evening and fantastic service. The food is always very good. Everyone enjoyed the calamari appetizer and dinners were great - I had the prime rib, and others enjoyed Whitefish, chicken parmigiana and pasta vodka. Desserts topped off the night with pumpkin cheesecake and the flourless chocolate cake. Thank you

Our second time visiting, it’s such a pleasant unexpected surprise at the level of “brewery food” quality ! Had smash burgers which is a staple now everywhere but soooo good and not ur average burger by any means, as well as the crack fries that come with…. Top notch, will be back !!

As always, the experience at MainStreet Social was superb. Food was excellent and of course Shanna took great care of us during our meal. I’m a regular, but I introduced MainStreet Social to two work colleagues who are new to Libertyville. They were extremely pleased.
