In 1998, Buddy Guindon, his wife Katie, and his brother Kenny opened Katie's Seafood Market in Galveston, Texas. For more than 20 years now, Katie's Seafood Market has provided the highest quality of products available to its customers. The crab cake appetizer is amazing. I made it my entree with their fabulous au gratin potatoes. My husband enjoyed an 8 oz. steak filet, asparagus and a huge wedge salad. Food was exceptional. Service from Richard was great. Ask for a seat by the window. Don’t forget to share their warm pecan crumble dessert with vanilla ice cream.
