Unsere Menükarte besteht aus alles was man in einer Taqueria in Mexiko oder in Südkalifornien finden würde: Tacos, Taquitos, Burritos, Quesadillas, aber auch Suppe, Salat und ein paar lässige Vorspeisen.Gutes mexikanisches Essen erfordert gute Zutaten. Wir durchsuchten den Kontinent und fanden schliesslich die besten nixtamalisierte Maistortillas, die wir kaufen konnten. Wir importieren frische Jalapenos. Wir verwenden 100% frische Avocados für unsere Guacamole. Wir machen unsere Aguas Frescas und scharfe Saucen im Hause. Wir frittieren unsere eigenen Tortilla-Chips täglich. Wir haben sogar die grösste Auswahl an importierten mexikanischen Softdrinks und Bieren in der Schweiz! Zudem bieten wir jeden Monat eine mexikanische Spezialität an.

The Eckert Hotel Restaurant has a great menu for one person or for a large group in a celebratory mood. I was never disappointed here. The burrito Carnitas is my absolute favorite: great taste and texture. The restaurant is quite small and I would advise you to make a reservation. The staff mighty not meet the standard of the etiquette-police but are very friendly and ring the bell after a deserved tip, which is greeted by the guys in the kitchen.

I personally had a great time enjoying an amazing pizza wich brought me at home, in Italy. Nice atmosphere, the waitress who served our table was super kind and attention to every needs and detail. We’ll see each other soon!
