Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks.     The food here is outstanding! The service in my previous experiences has been VERY good! Tonight ... the service was sub-par! We waited almost an hour for someone to take our order. Not sure if they were short staffed or having a staff meeting or what- but all someone had to do was explain... instead I just heard 3 times, "we all work as a team here" what does that even mean???? I will give it another chance.. but Also they brought a "complementary" desert... I LOVE sweets, but this was terrible!! So glad I didn't pay for it! Guess they can't do sweets well!

    Accidentally booked reservation for four at 8:00 instead of for five at 7:00. Went in with my work team and they made accommodations and set us down within 10 minutes. Very satisfied always.

    Our server was wonderful and accommodating. All the staff were very kind and helpful. They accommodated some special requests and all of our food came out delicious. Portion sizes were more than ample. There were some problems with our order and a little bit of delay in the service because things were quite busy. Without us asking they offered us a free dessert, which was neither expected nor necessary, but very much appreciated. The dessert was incredible, by the way.
