Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. This restaurant is a tribute to the late Felix Rosado and the cantina bears his name. Felix was a Mexican immigrant who lived in Milford, Pennsylvania and opened the original La Posada Mexican Restaurant in Dingman’s Ferry in the late 1980’s.
