Instead, you’ll need to text a special code to a number on the wall and a host will open the door and usher you inside.     Earp Distilling was fantastic! i went in knowing nothing about gin, nor a gin drinker and left completely knowledgeable about the art of making gin and now have a taste for gin! They have a large variety of in house made gins and other spirits which all delicious and unique tastes - highly recommend trying it all out. Thier menu is a Tapas selection with all new and exciting plates i haven't tried anywhere around the Central Coast and Newcastle region before. First time trying Crocodile Bites and Master Stock Poussin and i was blown away with the taste of them! I wish i could have tried more, but i will be returning soon to try the rest of the menu and spirit selection

    Fantastic for groups or dates. Lovely staff. Great to have somewhere everyone can go to without the coeliac of the group doing the embarrassing ‘what can I eat’ spiel. I do wish there were more vegetarian options though.

    The place was packed but our table was clean and ready at the booked time. Excellent service and the beers tasted great. The 8 Things food truck provided a great selection of German food for the Oktoberfest event. We'll done Method Brewing on being such a professionally run venue.
