Restaurants near Sierra Mountain Inn

Friar Tuck's is a wonderful local restaurant for us, and the first place we think of when we want to go out for an occasion. They decor is varied enough that it feels like there are separate "areas" within the restaurant, and the bar conveniently does not intrude in any way. They've had live music each time we've been there, and the food is always delicious. You won't go hungry!

We eat at the Tin Lantern regularly and last night was our usual excellent experience. we were seated promptly, the staff was attentive, and the food was excellent. We had 4 different entrees and 2 appetizers. We started with the crab cakes and the calamari. Both were tasty. The calamari had some extras that made it special. We had the lasagna with an order of garlic bread, the chicken marsala, the Mahi Mahi and, the Pork Katsu. All were so good, but sadly we did not have room for dessert.

A very nice restaurant, that’s on property, where we were all able sit and visit after a family funeral 

I had never been to Max's before although I live in Auburn. I was very pleased with my meal , the waitress, and the atmosphere.
