Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." I had a wonderful experience. I had the jerk Cornish hen with greens and yams. My friend had lobster Mac and cheese. We both thought food was good. All the staff were friendly and inviting. I would come back.
