Dinner on Valentines night is always a tricky thing. We chose Pino because we knew we could plan on a great experience. The atmosphere was festive with the inclusion of the gift of a rose. The food was delicious as always and the service was excellent. They really make you feel special regardless of how busy they are. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wanna give a shout out to the best staff (Lindsay our server - the best, Todd the manager - incredible, Nerissa at the bar - always phenomenal, and Caitlyn backing up -super attentive and wonderful) - all make the best dining experience in Upstate New York!!! The food was outstanding and served with professionalism. Our waiter was able to help us with any of the wines that would go with our order....very knowledgeable. And, we did not feel rushed.

I went to dinner with my 2 sisters. Light traffic tonight. The meal was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was most attentive. But, the noise level was way too loud- we were seated below a speaker and the sound of the music was turned up quite high. It was very distracting and unnecessary. We found ourselves competing to be heard over the music. We brought this to our waitress’ attention and she said she would ask that it be turned down. It did not seem any different.
