One level is slightly larger to better accommodate guests.Reservation Duration:Reservations last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to enjoy our cocktails and unique ambiance.RESERVATION POLICIES:The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    Best cocktail experience I’ve had in a long time. Drinks were beyond delicious. Deserving of top spot on the 50BB list. The PBJ is incredible! Service was nice — very welcoming and the drinks were explained clearly — but we felt rushed; we were told we had a 90-minute seating, but came by after 50 mins for last call, and brought the bill a further 20 mins before the expected end.
