My wife and I went to One Fine Food Restaurant for dinner. We had a wonderful experience.

Haliburton Post offers a welcome dining opportunity in cottage country, in the winter, when many venues are closed for the season. Their creative menu and uncompromising quality of ingredients results in a delicious outcome. The Amuse Bouche of raw tuna on a home made noki cracker was outstanding. Beet salad was fresh and had an unexpected crunch factor. The tenderloin was a favourite. Wine selection was ample and reasonably priced. We took home a jar of their maple pistachio granola and it is, by far, the best granola I have ever had. We’ll be back.

Everything was fantastic- the only reason they lost a star is because our reservation was not ready when we arrived and we still waited 20 minutes

The grounds of the resort could use some maintenance. But the inside of the building is beautiful. The restaurant has a nice quiet romantic ambiance. I would say it’s fine dining. It was very quick service and extremely tasteful dinner. The servers were friendly and efficient.
