Great experience, food(Fried Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuit with Sunny Side Up Egg), was great, seasoned well. Service was top notch from the wait staff to management checking on us. Loved the vibe of the place, and relaxed dress code of the staff. Loved the design of the building with the main entrance being open air.

Now, about the pork chop—it’s a masterpiece. Perfectly seasoned and caramelized, the massive cut is served in three sections, each one more delicious than the last. Much busier that I had anticipated for Christmas Day, especially compared to when we were there Thanksgiving. Day. Meat takes a certain time to cook properly so plan you visit around that, and I don't believe that 2:00 PM is a most conducive time, rather around noon or 4:00 PM seems better. The food was excellent, and if you are looking for a specific meat, mention it to your server and they will ensure the next skewer makes it to your table. The restaurant was packed, and they managed quite well, remembering the employees gave up their families on Christmas to serve you. As good as any we had in Rio de Janeiro, although we though the Belmond Hotel at Iguassu was better. Definitely a return visit is in order on a less busy day. If you are a meat eater, you can't go wrong!

Very good food would go back when we are in town next time
