We had a wonderful dining experience at Quail Creek. The food was delicious and our waitress did an excellent job. She was very personable and attentive to our needs. We will definitely make a return visit!

The service is outstanding in all areas. The meals were full of variety and the breakfast buffet so convenient. The cowboy cook out had the best atmosphere and scenery. A destination full of hospitality.

Chase was fantastic in finding us a table when our party grew from 2 to 5 people. Monica in the bar made a great martini for us.

In my opinion, this Guadalajara Grill has the best Mexican food in Tucson, which is saying something, but on this visit — my first in awhile—service was an issue. The waiter was great, I don’t blame him, but it was clear that he and the other servers were each covering an excessive number of tables. It took awhile for the waiter to appear at all, then a long wait for drinks and food, and we had to ask for silverware. Again, I don’t blame the waiter at all, it’s a management issue and I saw other servers having to scurry around as well, maybe they were just short- staffed that night. So a little disappointed about that, but the food was truly outstanding, especially the table side salsa, the salmon entree and the queso fundido.
