When we got sat we found out we didn’t have the right count to include two kids… when we asked the host staff to see if we could move to another table, they were more than gracious and understanding and coordinated the move. They were patient and set us up at another table. We were able to enjoy our meal and the kids were able to spread out. Many thanks to the host staff. We have been having a family Christmas Eve dinner for many years and this staff has always been attentive and helpful.

Minimal wait time, private table and outstanding customer care experience provided by our server. We appreciate his sensitivity to our needs as well as the exceptional observation and anticipation of individual experiences throughout our meal. His positive attitude and enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. Everything was quite pleasant and we look forward to joining you next year on Christmas Eve for the same experience together!

We were a table of 12. Great menu selection and all meals came out hot together. Service was the best. Osso bucco and pork chop entrees are highly recommended. Will be back.

This is one of my favorite restaurants if I want a good steak or lamb chops! Last night, we tried the red snapper and it was awesome! A1 customer service!

Mary was our waitress and she took very good care of us for our anniversary. She is very knowledgeable in several stations at Red Lobster. She fixed our drinks from the bar when we arrived. Then she chipped in and waited on our table. She checked on us several times and helped me with the portal when checking out our Bill. She made us feel special and was a fabulous waitress. Food was cooked to our liking and we would definitely go back.
