The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans.     It was a cold and quiet evening. The fireplace was warm and inviting. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our waitstaff was a delight, full of information and insights and details - our perfect guide through the tasty evening ahead. Our beverages yummy and as warming and complementary to our meal as the staff and fire. And our meal was tasty and comforting as well as exciting in new directions taken. So many inviting offerings, we will have to return more frequently and not just for special occasions. Thank you all - and special thanks to Grace who really helped to make it a special night.
