The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. On a VERY busy Christmas late afternoon, we decided to eat in the bar area as, despite our reservation, the dining room was filled and it would been a while before we got seated. Turned out to be a great move. Our server, Amanda, was great while also being the bartender. The bar manager, Cara, helped out as well and she was cool under heavy business. Our shrimp and risotto was outstanding. So was the Cacio e Pepe. Salad and soup before were also very good, as were our drinks. We usually avoid chain restaurants but Brio in Marlton is an exception as it is always exceptionally good.
