As always, Francesca's Viccinnato was at the top of their game. The place was packed with people out for Christmas Eve dinner but the staff was up to the challenge. We were greeted at the door and our table for 6 people was waiting for us. From there it only got better as the service was excellent and the food outstanding as always. Merry Christmas to everyone at Francesca's. You all made our Christmas eve dinner a very enjoyable memory. Thank You

Reservation were great. Walked right into our seating. Waitress was pleasant and courteous especially to the young children with us. Additional parking across the street was very helpful.

Seemed understaffed, took a bit to get my first drink so they lost a second drink

It was great. Good is really good. The staff is top notch. From busmen to the servers to the manager who never stopped moving and delivering meals to diners. Our server, Tori was the best. Fun, engaging and attentive. We will be back.

Have been going to D&B’s for 20 years. Sadly the food quality has declined tremendously in my opinion. Used to love their Parmesan crusted chicken, this time it resembled old airline food or a frozen meal in my opinion. The burgers seemed good, so I’ll stick to burgers and chicken fingers I suppose because we do love the convenience of food + games in one location.
