We had a superb experience with Paco/Frank he made me and my wife's night. Our usual waiter was busy and our new waitress did not ask us how we wanted our steak to be cooked so we kept receiving medium and red steak. Me and my wife only eat medium well or well done and Paco noticed that we were not eating. He asked us if everything was ok and we let him know that we prefer a medium well or well done and he took it upon himself to go to the back and bring out an entire tray full of medium well steak and that made our night! He went above and beyond for us.

Outstanding in every way. We've tried all the steak places in Tyler and Prime 102 is the best, by far. Every course is delicious, with steaks being the star of the show, of course. But if they have their chocolate cake, get it. Even if you're full, get it. Service is incredibly attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff is very well-trained and cares about the experience. We look forward to coming every chance we get, and you will too

The restaurant is nice, but the food was just okay especially got the price. It’s very loud in the restaurant and bar.

What a wonderful find while celebrating Christmas lunch with family. The facility was clean and fresh, food was excellent (compared to Tyler options), and service was superb! Great job Tyler!! We will be back, often.
