Much of our concept is based around the heirloom corn of Mexico. We import four types of corn from a collective of heirloom farms in Mexico in order to provide the best product we can. We process this corn from raw and turn it into masa for dishes all across our menu, like our Sope, Tamal, and of course, Tortillas. There is a saying in Mexico that we live by at Fonda Fora: "Sin maiz no hay pais," meaning without corn, there is no country.     I visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day with my family and friends, including four kids, and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. Our waitress was attentive and very understanding of our needs, especially with the little ones. The manager went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and even assisted us with parking, which was much appreciated. The level of care and service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place to everyone for its great atmosphere and exceptional service!

    We had a delicious Valentine's Day dinner at Buchanan's. We had fillet mignon and the T-bone steak. athe dessert was lovely, too. The ambience was magnificent, the service was exquisite and the overall experience was very memorable. We'll highly recommend Buchanan's and we'll definitely be returning.

    Service was excellent, our reserved table was already set with china and flatwear, and Veronica soon came with the selection of loose leaf teas for our individual tea pots. The food was delicious, we especially liked the ham and cheese toast which held a surprise burst of flavor. The scones were buttery, the compote was flavorful and not too sweet. Overall it was a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day
