We highlight flavor profiles from Japan and Mexico with the freshest of Maine produce and products. We’ve come to Solo many times before and every time feels like our first! Food and service are Outstanding!! This time it was my daughter 16th birthday and they did not disappoint; having dessert with a candle and happy birthday written in Italian. What more could you ask for! Highly highly recommend.

The waiter was very nice and efficient and the atmosphere was lovely and clean. Lots of interesting details to appreciate in the decor. The food itself was outstanding. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the dishes. The clam chowder was a spot on and meatloaf was incredible.

Fantastic menu front to back - incredible assortment of highly seasonal ingredients that were largely locally foraged. Michael was personable, well versed on the menu and offered great insight to the philosophy of the restaurant. Definitely a new neighborhood regular spot. Thanks Regards team.
