- DDijonNew Orleans / Louisiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSteak 48 exceeded all my expectations, providing a dining experience that was nothing short of phenomenal. The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service from Ryjane. She was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, knowledgeable, and flawless in her execution. Her genuine warmth and efficiency elevated the entire experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was equally outstanding! From the perfectly cooked, tender steak to the delectable sides and appetizers, every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise and attention to detail. The flavors were rich and beautifully balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. Steak 48 is the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in an unforgettable meal. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’ll definitely be back. Kudos to Ryjane for making the evening truly exceptional!More infoSteak 48 - HoustonPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• River Oaks•4.9
- NNicolaGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI adore Marmo. Always have a lovely experience whether it be for a casual lunch or a nice dinner out. This is my go-to spot to bring guests when they come to Houston. My favorite dishes are the hamachi and the vodka rigatoni- also tried the New York strip last night and it was amazing. Christian was our server last night and he was lovely! There’s so many great restaurants in Houston that I don’t usually frequent any specific spots- Marmo is the exception. I always come back!More infoMarmoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Montrose•4.5

The food was mediocre. I had the sea bass and it was over cooked. The lamb chops were sauced well but not super tender.More infoDoves RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• American• Westside•4.3

Hudson was our server and he was excellent, patient in explaining the menu, and also listening well to our preferences. The result was a great experience. Every dish was unique and so tasty.More infoUchi HoustonPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Montrose•4.9
- MMichaelVIPHouston •39 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024This place is treasure for great food and service when you are in the mood for not so heavy/dreary steak dinner. Atmosphere is happy and light. Wait staff cheerful and fun. All the food is super tasty and well prepared. Includes rustic bread with crunchy crust, soft interior and Irish butter. Perfect. (And I am hard to please on bread!) Salad is field greens, cherry tomatoes and just the right amount of great tasting dressing. I was concerned about the Coulotte steak being fatty or tough since I have not had one before and neither was the case. It was tender, delicious and no visible fat, 100% edible. Also, cooked to medium rare as ordered. French fries were crispy, salted just right and a bit of skin on some. It was a perfect plate dinner. After finishing bread, salad, and steak frites, we were full and looking at desert choices. Before we could order desert, they brought a second helping of steak frites as big as the first plate!! This was a total surprise. What fun! but we asked for go-boxes for the second plate and ordered desert. For desert, we split and apple pie a la mode. The pie was great tasting, but crust was a bit soft and should have been crisper. Overall, I would rate Medium Rare very high for great casual food and tops for service, fun and value.More infoMedium Rare - HoustonPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Midtown•4
