Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. We go to Triple Js around once a month. Always good. ordered the 16 oz ribeye and I think they forgot to season it. Everything else was good.

Their bread, their greens and their spinach dip is amazing! I have had their French onion soup and their prime rib sound and didn't care for either. The French onion was too thick and the prime rib was really fatty. I really want this place to do well. My friends salmon was great. It has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. Their wait staff needs a little more experience. My friend ordered a cabernet and they brought her a rose, then a white and finally a cabernet. The waitress was very nice, just a little inexperienced. Their chicken and kale salad with peanut Thai dressing is wonderful. I think they just need to iron out a few things and they will do well. Their sourdough bread is also to die for! We will keep coming back.
