Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry,having owned and operated over 50 successful restaurant concepts in South Africa, Germany, and the U.S. Paul began his career as a manager and worked his way up to franchise owner, then Director of Operations.He opened Paul's Pizza Shops - a nationally recognized pizza concept in Northwest Houston, Texas in 1994. Great experience. Love the high walled booths which create a great ambiance for date night. The Anura Cuvée is great and Chef Paul does a great job creating tasty South African meals. Kanroo Lamb Chops were fantastic last night.

The food was excellent! Excellent quality! Cooked Perfectly and served in a timely manner. My wife ordered Steak & Lobster (steamed) I had Steak & Lobster(grilled). Both were excellent! The only complaint I have is the fact that everything else is a la carte. $$$ even more than I could have guessed.
