Restaurants near Tiburon Ridge Open Space Preserve

There were four of us dining at 5pm on Valentine's day for the prix-fixe 3 course menu. It was beyond our expectations.....lobster risotto, duck a l'orange, beef tenderloin and petrale sole. Every dish was served hot, the flavors and presentations superb. Our server Samantha was attentive and charming. We did sit back a bit due to the fact that there was live music and and we wanted to be able to converse among ourselves.

We greatly enjoyed our valentine's day dinner at Piatti in Mill Valley. This was our first visit. We had a reservation and were seated next to the window with a lovely view of the water and Mt Tamalpais. Everyone from our hostess to the server to the manager who visited our table were polite, friendly and on top of things. I had the Chicken Mattone Puttanesca - the chicken was a very large portion and cooked perfectly. The sauce was nice but could have used more vegetables. My wife had the eggplant parmesan (her fave) and said it was excellent. Flourless chocolate cake was delicious. Despite it being a busy night for them we never felt rushed. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The ambiance is extraordinary. You are seated in a roof top glass garden overlooking the world, with a breathtaking view of the mount Tamalpais . The service was impeccable. The server, Toby, was exceptionally welcoming and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, with the food being of exceptional quality and the service being outstanding. We will certainly be back.

Always enjoy this dining spot, great food and service. Only problem I had this visit was the staff and a couple patrons were using the emergency exit which was next our table! it was COLD. Often they would not close it completely finally commented and it slowed down use! Its an emergency exit!

We very much enjoyed our weekday lunch here. Notably personable service and delicious entrees. I had a very generous serving of chilaquiles with chicken topped by 2 eggs which the kitchen did over hard - and perfectly - at my request. The sauce was super tasty, very authentic. Best I’ve had outside of Mexico. My friend had the pozole, it too was generous and well-seasoned. Water and iced tea due to lunchtime but would definitely love to come back at dinner and try one of their margaritas. Looking forward to returning soon!
