    Thyme is my go to restaurant for special occasions. I had the tuna tartare and lobster for my main course and Brussels sprouts. My husband had the delicious halibut with an amazing mushroom risotto. The apple cobbler and chocolate soufflé with gelato was also amazing.

    Beatful restaurant with excellent food and professional service. I had the best swordfish I have ever tasted. Beware on Thursday night there is a DJ and it becomes quite noisy and crowded by 8:00.

    Everything top notch here. Servers all available, sparking looking room well set up. Food from warmed bread to our brook trout almondine were just wonderful! A staple for us. Appreciate their late hours, much needed after a show at Tilles!
