A dining experience at its best: service was excellent, as was the food, ambience is top-notch, and what is most wonderful these days, it was quiet enough to easily hold a conversation with our group and not have to raise our voices. It was exceptional.

If you haven’t tried the meatballs appetizer please do. They are tender and flavorful and served with naan bread. I tried the trout entree for the first time and it was delicious. My wife had the Entree Salad with Tenderloin. That never disappoints! I noticed that the prices haven’t increased like some other restaurants which makes it a good value.

Not all meats were offered. Our server came to our table once to check in and we started to dine in. We did not get our appetizer after 45 minutes. Would not come back to this location.

Server Merve provided perfect service, knowledgeable of the menu and good at matching menu items with our taste and interest. The experience was delightful, food was excellent. Don’t forget to leave room for the chocolate moose cake! If you’re going to Char Stake House, do yourself a favor and ask to be seated in Merve’s section to ensure that you have the best possible experience Char can provide!
