Absolutely amazing dinner here! Our server Dominik was super attentive about what Hungarian dishes we wanted to try and even shared with us stories from his childhood about his grandmother’s cooking. We actually split the cheese pasta as an appetizer, and then ordered the fried chicken and chicken paprikash as our 2 mains. Wine prices were also very reasonable so we split a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Overall great dinner and can’t recommend this place enough for Hungarian cuisine!

Beautifully decorated inside and very warm (nice in the winter). We got the most popular shrimp spaghetti dish, along with a rigatoni and steak medallion dish, and a roast goose and polenta dish as a main. All the food was delicious and service was good - just a bit more than we’d expect to pay for this normally. We did have two glasses of wine and had to purchase water so I suppose that is why too (and service fee was included). Overall I’d go again and recommend it, but if you only had one or two meals in Budapest and are able to get good Italian wherever you normally are, I’d say try something else and come here if you have time for a 3rd or 4th meal.

Everything was great! Service, food, ambiance and view are all worth it! Had a great experience and would go there often if I lived in Budapest.

Had the most wonderful time and food here. The ambiance was amazing, very comfortable and had holiday cheer. Our waiter was fantastic and accommodating, gave excellent wine and food recommendations. Would go back!

It fulfilled my expectations, I am going to make another reservation for sure.
