Built in 1927 in the historic White Deer Plaza of Sparta Township, our log cabin dining room is a step into the past while enjoying modern amenities. Love Kroghs and have been coming here for years. Only one complaint, the nachos on the new menu are a much smaller portion. Previously, there were a few different selections for nachos based on size and topping preference. The new nachos do not include refried beans and is equivalent to the previous small version.

Highly recommend. Top notch food for half the price of what you’d pay in Manhattan for same level of absolute deliciousness. Rigatoni with pork was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Service is friendly and warm, with a calm and quiet vibe. At $100 a head the tasting menu is a bargain, wine list reasonably priced. We’ve eaten here three times this year and will definitely go again.
