Die erzgebirgische Küche kann mit vielen Spezialitäten aufwarten. Die Zubereitung von Speisen und hauseigenen Rezepten sind über Generationen hinweg erhalten geblieben. Aus der Not heraus wurden aus der vorwiegend angebauten Kartoffel die schmackhaftesten Speisen gezaubert.
