Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. Stillwaters had more of a crowd than they expected. Server friendly and personable, but slow. Food took a long time.This is very unusual even in their busiest times. Roast pork dinner was great!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet! Great meal, great service, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view! All the staff was great and very friendly! I’ve been to Stillwaters for their Thanksgiving buffet and it’s great as well! I hope Lightburns at Stonewall Resort have this again next year, I like the smaller atmosphere better!
