Great food and wait staff and manager - it was around the holidays and they were over booked so we had to wait for our reservation quit a bit however the manager made it right - came to us and provided an appetizer on the house so that is service! What was a little off was the timing and the assistants to the servers - did not bring out all the soups and salads at the same time - we had to correct them a few times and the the last salad we had to remind therefore entree came out shortly after I received salad - I do understand that may have been do the the holiday crowd and not bad, the assistants just need a tad more experience and coaching - coordinate and being all salads and soups to the table at once well before entrees. Overall great experience - main server and manager attentive and awesome and so was the food

Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. Beef carpaccio and fish special were fantastic. Seasonal cocktails were fun and delicious. This was one of the best meals I've had in Knoxville.

Fantastic place to celebrate our 58th Anniversary. The food is amazing as always at Firebirds and the staff made the evening memorable. Thanks to you all.

We enjoyed a great meal. I ordered the bone in NY strip steak and my wife got the lobster tail. The meals were delicious. My steak came out the temperature I wanted. We had great service and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Josh was very good. He made dining out complete. Will recommend Chesapeake’s Dining every time.
