The menu was a delightful journey through traditional Peruvian flavors, with a perfect balance of authenticity and creativity. The lomo saltado was cooked to perfection—tender beef, vibrant vegetables, and a savory sauce that had me savoring every bite. And the sangria was the best I’ve ever had, a perfect way to round out the meal. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service we received, especially from our waiter, Jose. Jose went above and beyond to make our evening special. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, as he recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we always had what we needed while allowing us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Jose’s friendly demeanor and genuine passion for the cuisine elevated our entire dining experience. I cannot recommend Bocas House Doral enough. Whether you’re a fan of Peruvian food or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. And if you’re lucky enough to have Jose as your waiter, you’re in for an even more memorable evening.
