- LLauraJacksonville / Northeast Florida •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe took our granddaughter for her birthday, along with two of her friends. We all had a great time. Our sever was excellent and very attentive. The girls loved the red velvet cake that my granddaughter received for her birthday treat. This is our favorite place for special occasions.More infoGiuseppe's Ristorante ItalianoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Lexington•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOne of the best meals I’ve had in a while! We started with a lemon basil salad, and to drink we had a White Peach Sangria and an Apple Cider Spritz. For dinner my husband had the Mediterranean Chicken, with a side of the soup of the day (Southwest Beef & Veggie) and heirloom carrots. Tasty and huge portions. I had the special, which was a halibut served over mashed potatoes and delicious crab bisque—it was out of this world!! The special also came with two sides, I chose the whipped sweet potatoes and the corn pudding, both yummy. Cozy, romantic atmosphere, and phenomenal service!More infoMerrick InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• Lexington•4.7
- KKimberlyCentral Kentucky •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur party of 4 dined in a large booth adjacent to the bar. I expected it to be noisy but was pleasantly impressed with our ability to carry on a conversation. Our table service was top notch for this type of restaurant although the drinks were increasingly slow from the bar as the evening drew on. Our server was attentive but not pushy as we lingered over dinner. We started with the baked Brie appetizer and practically scraped the plate, it was so good. Three of us ordered the steak frites which was perfect! Small enough not to overwhelm our stomachs but flavorful and filling. The fourth person ordered the hot bacon salad which was a good portion for dinner and fresh and flavorful. We did not order dessert because we were well satisfied. Overall I started off skeptical and was impressed enough that we will return.More infoCarson's at AndoverPrice: Expensive• American• Lexington•4.8
- LLisaNew York City •32 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024I eat here anytime I go to Lexington or Louisville. The Bluegrass special chicken is one of my all-time favorite dishes I’ve ever eaten. It’s usually absolutely delicious. While it was good tonight, the sauce, or glacé, was not right. Normally it has a little bit of sweetness to it from the bourbon. Tonight there was no sweetness, and the depth of the sauce was just not there. I did tell my server, but he did not seem particularly concerned about it. The food was still delicious it just wasn’t what I am used to. I’ve probably had this dish 10 or 12 times, and this is the very first time that it wasn’t the same. It’s no big deal but I thought I would add this so that management would know. I will definitely be back. In fact I’m going back before I leave Lexington this week. Hoping the glacé will be up to expectations then.More infoMalone’s - LansdownePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Lexington•4.7
