We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. Excellent service, ambience and food. The tables aren't too close together so it was comfortable seating. Noise level was moderate so you could still have a conversation at the table . Will definitely go again!

It was such a treat to have a weekend brunch that could be ordered off the menu and had a wide, lovely variety of options. The service was professional and the server was attentive and kind. Well done Brix Tavern.
