My daughter and felt like celebrities for the evening from start to finish. The atmosphere was of what has only been seen in movies. The evening was glamorous from beginning to the end. Steak 48 was and is the only place to experience fine dining as it should be achieved. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff from the front to the back. Out extreme praises to the house chef and staff for an absolutely well presented, mouth-watering and satisfying dining experience. We will definitely be dining with Steak 48 again. ♥️🙏🏽😇

The service was fantastic from drinks in the bar area to dinner on the mezzanine. Every server was 100% attentive and friendly even though it was a busy Saturday night. Thanks Ashley! We could not have had a better experience! High West Old Fashioned was a great cocktail recommendation from the bar, and the Porterhouse was perfect.

Delicious from start to finish! We raved about the house made biscuits which were were impossibly made better with a touch of the honey sweetened butter. Next, the Caesar salad was tasty but had a bit too much dressing. We were offered a special of bone-in ribeye which had the perfect sear and was cooked exactly to temperature. It was juicy and flavorful without needing any other accoutrements. We did, however add a lobster tail which was also absolute perfection. The stuffed hash browns (caramelized onions and a cheese I can’t recall) were a perfect blend of savory, crunchy and creamy but the Brussel sprouts weren’t anything to remember. And finally, dessert. The baked Alaska - Worth. Every. Calorie. The service was impeccable and friendly without being intrusive or overbearing. The atmosphere was refined yet comfortable. A beautiful experience all around.

Food, as always, was amazing. Bar was a little slow but I need to give them some grace - it was the Saturday before Christmas. Fantastic ambiance and wait staff.

Hosted a business dinner for 10. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Estia is consistent and great for a large party. Nice festive atmosphere. Food is excellent- fabulous Greek appetizers to share, fresh fish and other delicious entrees. Server was professional and didn’t try to upsell us which I appreciated.
