Raintree is a charming restaurant in Old Town St. Augustine. The menu is robust with a wide range of coastal and classic American upscale fare. We had the escargot and BangBang shrimp appetizers, which were both excellent. My swordfish with champagne & lobster sauce, and my husband’s schnitzel were both tasty and well presented. Our desserts were excellent, as well. We’d definitely return!

For a Monday evening it was max capacity likely because of the St Augustine nights for lights. We were seated within 5 minutes of the reservation and the food was excellent as usual. The waiter despite having multiple tables was on the ball and the service was excellent.

Adorable restaurant with good food and cocktail options. The staff accommodated a few requests to make plates vegan, which was lovely. Warning, the restaurant puts a surcharge on the bill for things they should cover for their staff. The fine print in the menu says you can ask for it to be removed, but in our opinion then the customer seems passive-aggressive. And then they assume over a 20% tip when the bill comes. The only other thing that was odd was that the seats were REALLY low for the table. We felt like little kids eating at the adult table. But that was good for a laugh. Very nice staff and we would go again.

What a great experience and meal. The sorbet palate cleanser before the main course and that bread were really wonderful touches. We will be back and thank you for the birthday dessert!

The pasta was great! The focaccia as a starter is a must!
