This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

We had an amazing experience at Alma Fonda Fina! It was our first time eating at a Michelin starred establishment and it won’t be the last. The service by William and a woman making cocktails (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) was incredible. We sat at the kitchen counter and felt immersed in the dining experience. We can’t wait to come back with friends!

The staff and food were incredible!! Jo, our waitress took incredible care of us and made recommendations for pairing, great conversation, and made dinner a seamless experience. This was our last spot before returning home from our honeymoon, it became our favorite restaurant we visited on our entire trip. The steak flight was unmatched in flavor and cooked to perfection and perfect to share. Surprisingly the grass fed cut was our favorite. While the truffle mac & cheese was incredible creamy and cheesy, the potato gnocchi was truly special and a dish like no other! This is a MUST spot if in Denver! (You have to order the cookies as a dessert, perfect to end the night. We took them to go and they barely made it to the hotel room. They are famous for a reason!!)

We stopped in here while in Denver awaiting our flight home. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday which was unexpected so the wait even with a reservation was a bit. But the drinks and food are super yummy and different from the average menu items. The baos were so good, the chicken was my favorite. The pot stickers were super yummy as well as the pad Thai. Overall it was a great experience.

I live in Denver and brought a visiting friend to tea. It was a lovely experience - not inexpensive, but since it's not an everyday outing, that was fine. The room was beautiful, the food was very good, the tea selection was excellent and the service was outstanding. However, it IS Denver and it DOES get cold here in the winter; it was uncomfortable in the atrium and most people kept their coats and scarves on. It's too bad the Brown Palace Hotel hasn't figured out a way to combat the frigid outdoor temperatures better. Since we 'dressed up' for the occasion, it was a shame to have to keep our outerwear on the whole time. Overall, a fun experience.
