The restaurant is very beautiful, the food was okay. The service was super slow. Our reservation was at 8:30pm and they did tell us our food may take some time to come out but we literally got our appetizer and waited almost about an hour for our main courses to come out. Anyway, fortunately we weren’t in a rush but I don’t know if I’d come back.

Don’t go to Las Campanas for the food. It’s never very good. Go for the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Wish we could have gotten reservations in the evening to enjoy the Festival of Lights.

Slow staff, maybe because it’s understaffed . Our waitress was nice but she seemed overwhelmed and forgetful. Food and drinks were delicious !! Fresh ingredients , well put together dishes. Best margaritas I’ve ever had.

We had to wait past our reservation time. Food took forever to come out and came out cold. Food quality and taste was mediocre. Chips were super greasy.

Our food was cold, the waitress kept forgetting about us. For what we paid it was very bad.

I know this is a busy time of the year for the Mission Inn, but the restaurant wasn't busy at all, and the service was poor for the cost and expectations. The food was good, and the chips and salsa were amazing, but the first thing we did after our meal was look for a spot to go to next year instead.

We chose to eat here to dine under the lights of the beautiful Mission Inn lit up at Christmas. We definitely enjoyed our time here but we’re definitely disappointed in our experience. Even though we had a reservation it took over 20” to get seated which was frustrating as we looked at many empty tables. It took another 30” for our server to come and even greet us or ask about drink or appetizer order. The food was good, but closer to average. Definitely did not justify the prices. We ordered the nacho appetizer and about a third of the chips were stale. Then the waitress came up twice to collect the bill while we were all talking and laughing and never cleared our dishes. When we left, our dishes were still piled on the table. We will definitely eat somewhere else nearby and come enjoy the beauty of the Mission Inn in the future.
