Inspired by the birthplace of the original Parisian brasseries along the Left Bank of the Seine River, Left Bank Brasserie is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie by Chef Roland Passot. Left Bank pays homage to the joie
de vivre that is synonymous with the Left Bank neighborhood in Paris. Guests are invited to step into
French culture, in a vibrant, social atmosphere that captures all the charm of traditional brasseries
and iconic alfresco dining of France. An all-day menu features authentic French cuisine utilizing
seasonal, local and organic ingredients, and consists of iconic lighter fare such as oysters, tartare and
prawns provençal, in addition to heartier classics like coq au vin and beef bourguignon. Inspired by the
Parisian-style Bar Américain, an extensive cocktail menu features classics of a bygone era, along with a

Perfect always! Saw a movie at the Lark theater and popped into the restaurant a few doors down for all sorts of great items. We had the cassoulet and mussels and fries and green salad perfectly dressed along with great glasses of Burgundy and Bordeaux wine. Excellent hosts greet you and seat you even when crowds are high you can go in without reservations. Fun atmosphere too.

Everything was pretty good except for my wife’s quiche. It was over cooked, almost burnt. Still, a nice restaurant.

We weren’t aware that our dinner was going to be price fix but we were quite pleased with the selections. The live music was an added bonus.

There were four of us dining at 5pm on Valentine's day for the prix-fixe 3 course menu. It was beyond our expectations.....lobster risotto, duck a l'orange, beef tenderloin and petrale sole. Every dish was served hot, the flavors and presentations superb. Our server Samantha was attentive and charming. We did sit back a bit due to the fact that there was live music and and we wanted to be able to converse among ourselves.

The restaurant was nice and welcoming. Parking is a little limited. The food was fine but I did not think that it was very French.

Left Bank Larkspur is always a "treat" for me. I have only experienced their food and service at the highest quality. Their staff is engaging but not overbearing. And they are patient and informative when asked about items on the menu. I have eaten here when the restaurant has been very busy and "alive," and also when it has been more quiet and calm. Either way, the staff is attentive and the food is excellent.

Left Bank is one of my favorite restaurants in Larkspur. I met a friend there who I hadn't seen in awhile and we were given a table in a corner so we could catch up without yelling. We both had steak frite which was cooked perfectly--fries delicious. Highly recommend!
