My wife and I celebrated her birthday. The waitstaff was phenomenal and covered all aspects and were very attentive. There was music and the song choices were eclectic. Also, the singer had a beautiful voice. To cap off the evening, they sang happy birthday while using a table firework and shooting $$$ all around the table. Oh, and by the way the meal was among the best I've had in recent memory including the tableside preparation of several dishes. Bellissimo!

Bar Primi is a corner pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. What began as an idea for a small space in New York's East Village has since become an essential in chef and co-owner Andrew Carmellini's range: fresh pasta traditionally prepared and cooked to order. At Bar Primi, the main course is Primi Piatti. We use a variety of non-GMO semolina and specialty ‘00’ flours, organic eggs and handed-down techniques to create our menu of Traditional and Seasonal pasta dishes. We make more than a dozen different shapes and styles daily. This includes lumache and rigatoni from our imported extruder or ravioli and mezzalune cut and filled by hand. Give yourself and your party time. as the drinks and food arrived rather slowly. Food though was delicious. We had an early evening reservation (5:15) on a Friday night and there were lots of available tables, with a few people coming in for pick up orders. By the time we left though (7:30ish) the place was full. Too full to order dessert but very happy with the meal and certainly the selections on the menu.

We celebrated my birthday at Craft, and every aspect of the dinner was excellent. From the food, the service, the wine, the music, the ambiance; everything. Highly recommended for every day meals out or special occasions. Portion sizes are also very reasonable, and the price-quality ratio can't be beat. Once I’ve made a reservation through OpenTable, I include special requests, such as seating preferences and hoping a favorite waiter will be working that night. I look forward to seeing if those details are acknowledged and fulfilled. From the moment I arrive, the experience begins: Am I greeted warmly by the receptionists, who seem genuinely happy to see me and eager to accommodate my requests? Is the maître d' cordial and welcoming? Is the waiter knowledgeable, personable, well-groomed, and engaging? A great waiter can make dining at their station a true pleasure, with a friendly demeanor and a smile that enhances the atmosphere. Then comes a key factor for me: pacing. When I order a cocktail—at Elea, a top-shelf gin cocktail costs $18 plus a $3 surcharge, plus tax and tip (over $50 for two drinks)—I want to savor it. Rushing me to order food detracts from the enjoyment of such a treat. Thankfully, Elea strikes the perfect balance, allowing guests to relax and enjoy each stage of the meal. This is one of my favorite restaurants food -wise in the Tarrytown area and we adore the owner and his family. It's casual feeling with upscale food. The sandwiches and burgers are great value. Some of the appetizers and main courses are a bit expensive for a casual-feeling place, but if you understand that up front you can enjoy a wonderful meal without getting dressed up. There are always some fabulous specials to select from plus enough basics to satisfy less adventurous eaters. The market up front gives the place a special feeling and it's a wonderful place to stock up on some gourmet treats. The cheese and olive selections are standouts.

The chef and entire team were flawless. We came to celebrate my mother’s retirement. I’m a long time NYer (23 years!) and my mom lives in Miami and is an avid world traveler/diner. Our cocktails were very inventive and delicious. I wanted a seasonal pumpkin coconut cocktail and it was a great way to start the night. Our server surprised us with an amuse bûche and extra dessert to celebrate her retirement. Another complement to our wonderful server is that he was insightful enough the ask about if I ate gelatin before surprising us with the amusement bûche after I told him about my dietary restriction. The ‘sole for two’ and tagliatelle with shaved truffles was to die for. The atmosphere itself with all the botanical elements is a pure joy, it reminded me a lot of the contemporary art gardens I’ve visited in Brazil designed by Burle Marx. My mom and I were so enamored with the sole she asked if we could come and try the lunch tasting menu before her short NYC trip ended. I know Le Jardinier has a Michelin star but I feel like people are sleeping on how excellent this restaurant is. We’re also going to Carbone and Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi while she’s in town and honestly Le Jardinier deserves just as much fanfare.

The food is uniquely prepared and does not disappoint. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. They often guide me through the selection process and are thoughtful about allergies and food preferences. I have dined there dozens of times alone, on dates, or with a large group of friends, and everyone has enjoyed both the meals and service. If you like sushi and are willing to try something different book a reservation at the table or bar. I am sure you will like it.

Great spot but not cheap. I would highly recommend. The food is outstanding...right from the warm homemade foccacia with whipped ricotta to the duck breast which was cooked perfectly....knife cut through like butter. The lobster primi dish was great too.

It is my third time visiting Tempura Matsui, I visited back cuz I love this place. I had the best fine dining experience since I was pregnant. They are flexible at adjusting the set menu (to fully cooked), even replaced courses taste amazing! All the staff members made us feel warm and taken care.

The service and food were amazing. Everything was on-point from the moment we arrived to when we left. The beef Wellington and salmon stake were perfect. The only suggest I have is to turn down the music a tad as I couldn't hear half of what my wife was saying. Otherwise, the ambiance and decor were great as well. The bread served at the beginning of the meal was so flavorful and delicious.
