This was a great experience overall. The food was phenomenal, especially the snapper entree. Overall, very creative combinations and flavorful. The wait staff were attentive and did a nice job describing the dishes and provided recommendations. Well deserved Michelin stars!

Doya is hands down one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve been to. The moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and stylish Mediterranean vibes make you feel right at home. The food? What an experience! Walked up to this basic square building kind of in the middle of nowhere in downtown Tampa. When we walked in it was anything but basic. We were seated along a long rectangular bar next to other couples but with enough space to still feel intimate. Unbeknownst to us, we were served and greeted by Chef Ebbe throughout our dinner! Dishes were unique. I can’t describe them but they tasted expensive. The whole experience was just so unique and it’s just another level of coolness when the head chef is interacting with you the whole time. Wines, food dessert were on par with other fine dining establishments but the experience was second to none one. Went there for my wife’s bday. If you email the chef 48 hrs before, he will make and change the menu to cater to your tastes and allergies like he did with my wife being a vegetarian. I can’t wait to go back. We did discovery but wished we did the higher level one.

Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.
